Accessories: Pearl Basic Jewels, 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon (in Lost Lagoon), Stampin' Dimensionals.
Tools: Artisan Label Punch, Pansy Punch, Itty Bitty Accents Punch, 1/4" Circle Punch, 1/8" Circle Punch.
Technique: Wrap a piece of ribbon around front of cardstock and secure it to the back. Cut a second piece of ribbon about the same length. Slip the second piece under the first and tie it into a bow. You can now slide the bow up and down to position it where you want it.
